EXPLANATION: POLONG (Malaysia/South East Asia)
One of the most dangerous ghosts to come across, the Polong is actually the enslaved spirit of a murdered man. A shaman or other such knowledgeable person would pour the blood of the murdered man into a bottle and use black magic to call the spirit back from the grave. It is created as a weapon and let out of the bottle only when its master wants to kill an enemy. The Polong must drink the blood of the enemy before it is returned to its bottle or else it will go on a wild blood hunt, most likely ending with the death of its master.
